The Front and Back Labeler is an ideal choice for the daily chemicals, food and beverages, pharmaceutical and other light industries automatic two sides labeling on oval shaped or rectangular shaped containers wrap around labeling on round bottles .
Functional Characteristics
1. Highly user friendly interactive touch-screen control makes operation convenient and straight forward. Also offers plenty of on-screen help functions and alarms.
2Design features to ensure precise and smooth labeling on oval or rectangular bottles:
2.1 An alignment device composed of a pair of side chains to ensure symmetrical alignment of bottles along the center line.
2.2 A top conveyor belt at synchronized speed with the main conveyor to hold thE bottles in place to maintain bottle alignment and stability throughout the labeling process.
3. A dual-function labeler for wide range of applications: Simple adjustment to swap between two sides labeling mode and wrap-around labeling mode.
4. Optional special label sensor for detection of film transparent labels.
5.20 sets of labeling parameters memory allows easy changeover between different labeling jobs by switching the pre-defined parameters set.
6.Optional hot-stamping coder or inkjet coder for date-coding on the labels. May also provide alert on the status of the coding device.
7. The system can be used either stand-alone, or integrated into the existing production line flexibly.

1---Any machine in stock?
For semi automatice machine, we have some in stock. It can ship within 7-10 working days. For automatic machine, all have no stock. Automatic machines are custom-made according to your bottles and caps.
2---What is the lead time?
For single machine, it takes from 20~35 working days. For whole filling line, it takes from 50~60 working days. (from the day we have the downpayment and sample bottle and caps)
3---Can you help the shipment? Ship from which port?
Yes, we can help to the shipment, just tell us the name of sea port in your side. If by air, it is from Shanghai International Airport. If by sea, it is from Shanghai or Ningbo. And other seaport of China are accepted.
4---The payment?
By TT. 50% in advance as downpayment , 50% balance before shipping.
5---can we visit factory to check machines firstly, then place order?
