C. Feature:
1. Absorbing foreign advanced technology is the foundation of producing bottle sorter machine/bottle arranging machine. It is developed and researched according to the requirement of high speed direction and this machine is the leading equipment in domestic market.
2. The main motor speed reducer applies torque limit mechanism to avoid harming the machine when trouble happens.
3. Twice push rowing bottle mechanism is used to ensure every bottle location has bottle which apparently prompts bottle output efficiency.
4. Bottle handling air conveyor prevents bottles from dropping down when in transportation.
5. Damaged bottles shall be rejected according to the reject mechanism.
6. This machine is equipped with blocking bottle detector. It will stop and alarm when bottle blocks.
7. No-bottle detector will send signal to elevator immediately when the bottle quantity is few and elevator shall supply bottles automatically.
8. Photoelectric switch is installed on the air conveyor to control the unscramble machine.
9. Bottle unscramble machine has oil mouths which make the gear, bearing and cam lubrication conveniently.

For semi automatice machine, we have some in stock. It can ship within 7-10 working days. For automatic machine, all have no stock. Automatic machines are custom-made according to your bottles and caps.
2---What is the lead time?
For single machine, it takes from 20~35 working days. For whole filling line, it takes from 50~60 working days. (from the day we have the downpayment and sample bottle and caps)
3---Can you help the shipment? Ship from which port?
Yes, we can help to the shipment, just tell us the name of sea port in your side. If by air, it is from Shanghai International Airport. If by sea, it is from Shanghai or Ningbo. And other seaport of China are accepted.
4---The payment?
By TT. 50% in advance as downpayment , 50% balance before shipping.
5---can we visit factory to check machines firstly, then place order?
