PLC Control Bottle Capper Single Head Rotary Capping Machine Capping Speed Up To 50 CPM With Servo Motor Driven
The automatic bottle capping machine by STRPack is designed to secure caps onto bottles and constitutes the ideal piece of equipment for high-torque and high-speed capping machine operations. Also available is the Semi-Automatic Bottle Capper, that is economical and portable to use.
It is equipped with a cap vibrator, an auto moving cap chute with bottle pick-off, an indexing turntable and an easy-to-use Siemens touch screen. It can be used with both plastic and metal caps.
Major characteristics
This capping machine has one manipulator ,dispatches caps in high speed with no reverse caps which can be suitable for various types of bottles.
The cap supplying system and the manipulator works at the same step. When caps capped well , the bottes and the caps are relative static ,the clutch releases ,this can avoid bottles getting injured to achieve high qualified rate of capping. The surface of machine is made of high quality stainless steel ,the eletrcial elements use international famous brand which makes machine more stable ,good-looking meets GMP standard.
Equipped with a Siemens touch screen control panel, Panasonic motor, OMRON switch and FESTO valve, as well as with a no-bottle no-cap mechanism.
Can be used for both plastic and metal caps. Easily-adjustable cap torque settings make it a smooth machine to operate.

A vibrating cap loading system, as well as a high-tech, automatic, mechanical arm make the loading operation more precise, which prevents cross-threading.
Simple and easy- to-change parts facilitate the adjustment between different sizes of bottle and caps.
