Automatic Liquid Ketchup Pouch Packing Machine
Model ZVF packing machine can pack liquid, semi-liquid, Bean Paste, etc in a airless bag, without any Air expeller or Vacuum device. The machine is equipped with Double Servo Motors( Center Seal & End Seal), and can match Loop Pump System for liquid feeding.
Applications: suitable for automatic packaging of liquid or viscous products, medicine and chemical, such as flavorings, daily makeup pesticide, shampoo, body foam bath lotion, facial cream, ingredient oil, fruit sauce, tomato ketchup and honey etc.
Features:
1.The external frame and structrue are made of stainess steel, which is clean and hygienic.
2.It is easy to operate and convenient to maintain by using touch-screen and digitalized system.
3.The machine adpots Janpanses Panasonic PLC to pull the film, pneumatics to seal pouches, which insures accuarte positioning, beautiful seal and it helps to improve the operation stability.
4.Double-roller can squeeze the air out, and can pack airless bag.
5.When working, the machine will stop automatically to avoid accident once the door is open.
6.ZVF can be equiped with various conveyors. Moreover, ZVF still works stably under high temperature, so that it not only improves the production efficency,but also avoids bacteria contamination.
7.Photo cell registration control system accurately position the photo eye-mark.
8.Imported electric elements are used to ensure the quality and performance of the machine.
